Tea 101: An Introduction to Specialty Tea
This introductory class covers the history of tea, the
tea growing regions, the types of tea and their
characteristics, the health benefits of tea, and
how to brew a perfect cup of loose leaf tea. And of
course, no tea class would be complete without
a delicious cup of tea to provide the finishing touch.

Professional Tea Tasting
This is an experience to savor! Participants will
sample teas from several different growing regions
around the world using professional tasting
equipment just like the experts. You'll learn
proper tea tasting technique and terminology.
We'll discuss the growing origin, processing
techniques and flavor profiles of these
select loose leaf teas.
